Canceling a Transaction

To cancel a Kanga Payment Gateway transaction, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the transaction management page. (Use the link you received by e-mail when the transaction was initiated.)
  2. Click the Cancel transaction button. A pop-up window will open.
  3. Confirm your decision by clicking Cancel transaction again.

Any payment received prior to the cancellation will be refunded to your Kanga Exchange account.

If you do not have a Kanga Exchange account, one will be created for you automatically using the e-mail address you entered at the beginning of the payment process. Visit the transaction management page to activate the account and set a password. You will then be able to manage your funds.

If the full payment amount is not received within 24 hours, the transaction will be canceled automatically. Any balance paid will be refunded to your Kanga Exchange account.
